Frandsen Financial acquires the State Bank of Bird Island

On December 15, 2010 Frandsen Financial Corporation acquired Island Financial Corporation and it's sole subsidiary, the State Bank of Bird Island.  The State Bank of Bird Island has total assets of $40 million.
